Mrs. Freda Helen Sylvester 60 of Rocky Mount Road died Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at her home. Born October 21, 1948 at Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late Glen Aden and Lona Bell Haynes Hall. Freda worked as a beautician and was a member of the Tabernacle Church in Hinton. She was a graduate of Montcalm High School and Beauty School in Florida. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Sonny Wayne Hall, Ernest Eugene Hall and Gordon Dean Hall. Survivors Husband Mickey Albert Sylvester Son Kevin Bruce Ashlin and wife Vicki Lynn of Dallastown, PA Stepsons Stephen Sylvester and wife Hope of Pearisburg, VA Vincent Sylvester of Pittsburg, PA Grandchildren Christian, Emma Grace, Grace Noel and Lauryn Nicole Ahslin Step Grandchildren Valentina and Kelsey Sylvester Brother Glen Edward Hall of Princeton Sisters Glenna Ratcliff of Plant City, FL Loretta Falbo of Lakeland, FL Special caregiver and friend Roxann Hall Special Friend Vickie Shorter, Jeanette Murphy, Theresa Bishop, Laura Whiteside, Carman Wimmer, Cheryl Taylor, Tammy Street, Ada Pack, Nick Perriello, Joe Stanger, Andi Andrews and Jessie Hall Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 10:00 AM from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Lawrence Bennett officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Park Cemetery in Princeton. Friends may call Friday, September 25, 2009 from 6 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home.
